I would like to request that you modernize our existing logo and create a new design that aligns with current trends. Currently, it features an oval-shaped dark blue frame with 9 small houses arranged in a 3x3 pattern. Of these, 8 houses are positioned in a dark blue circle, while the center contains a red dot instead of a small house. Below the oval, there is a text in capital letters that reads "FLAT POINT," and above it is "LAKÁSPONT," both following the curvature of the oval.
I would like to modernize this logo. What are your suggestions? On this page (link provided), you can find numerous real estate agency logos that align with current trends. Based on these examples, I would appreciate your guidance on what changes to make. I am looking for a logo that instantly comes to people's minds, just like the Nike logo. It would be great if it could be easily placed in a circular window, as typically seen on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
